SHADOW OF THE BAT

This is a movie script I wrote, its a sequel to the Dark Knight Rises. Its about the Joker escaping from prison and holding Gotham city hostage with a drug epidemic that makes the users go on wild killing sprees. Joker is aided and abetted by a corrupt lawyer called Quaid who is gaming the legal system to get criminals off scott free. Helena Bertinelli is the DA turned costumed vigilante Huntress, and she is aided by the mysterious Azrael, who is like a dark reflection of Batman. Bruce Wayne returns to Gotham to fight the Joker, and Lucius Fox assists him. Its got a great platonic bond between Batman and Huntress, but theres drama when Batmans framed for a crime. Helena has a romance with a charming police detective. Like the Dark Knight its got the diabolical Joker holding them to ransom and tragedy, as he tries to break Batmans spirit with despair.

Christian Bale will return as Batman, Morgan Freeman will return as Lucius Fox, and Bela Thorne will play Huntress. Heath Ledger will be resurrected using deepfake and digital voice simulation.
